Me as employee I worked 8 months for my employer, here in the Netherlands.

The 8th month we decided to sign a settlement agreement for ending my 1 year contract. We decided to set as maximum date to receive the final amount of money as the 7th of October. This money consists in holidays allowance, remaining holidays and last month of work (September).

It's already 9th of October and I didn't receive any money, he told me that he can't promise I receive the money any soon.

It might be that the company of my employer is close to the bankrupt, the rest of the people didn't receive their salaries either.

How can I claim this money in a legal way?

You have to send a letter to your employer in which you claim the money within a term, also asking for an increasement of the amount of money for the period your employer exceeds payment finalizing it with legal interest. If you want I can assist you with this. Please contact me directly by clicking at the button next to this answer.
