Is it important to make an 'inspection report' before /at the time of renting a house? We have rented a place directly through a previous owner. He says that there is no need for inspection. It is a furnished house. Can it have any repercussions afterward? Thanks!
When the landlord does not mention the state of the rental object before date of contract , the law protects the huurder saying the state of the object when you will leave the house is the same as you came in.
