Yes he may ask judicial permission. But only if you are not entitled to claim the right of living in this house like agreements in divorce papers.

Thank you for your answer in english for me.
I currently live in the house with 3 of our 4 children (the 4th is at University in the UK and returns for 6months of each year.
He moved out of the family home suddenly, 5 months ago, and is wanting to divorce now and wants to sell the house.
We have been married for 27years. For 25 of those years I have been following him around the world facilitating his career. I have no career or job. I am away from my homeland, the UK.
We have lived in NL for 9years now.
I appreciate you advice as don't know what to do.
My advice is to get your own lawyer right now , better one who speciales in international family law, cause there may be complexiticity in the questions of child and partner alimony also which law is applicable. ( Dutch . English other)
