Hello from Asia,

I am writing in behalf of my daughter. Her case:

A Dutch Student was making her pregnant 5 years ago, resulted in a healthy Boy later.

In a kind of dramatic and long lasting procedure the father of the Boy was forced for a DNS test and several courts found place later on, where the father was sentenced to a monthly "low-level" Child Support, like usual in the Netherlands (See these insulting Trema Guidelines, sorry for that), and he should have to pay also the expenses for the DNS tests etc. My daughter is living abroad, Thailand, so her son. All was done with a Pro Bono Lawyer, what was against all other opinions, pretty expensive too, because even if you find a Pro Bono Lawyer, the plaintiff has to pay sudden amounts, by our information. It was also court ruled that the son of him is recognized as a legal child of him. So far so good, After all these court orders the usual took place, till now. No kind of payments the last 5 years and the last what we heared from the Dutch Lawyer around 2 years ago, was...that the father moved to another place. And again..by dutch law...and the privacy acts in the netherlands, it seems even for a lawyer impossible to find out where he lives now, amazing, isn't it? By our informations, because we payed this too..the LBIO agency, who should go for none-payments in cases like this, shows? Right, radio silence by all good meanings. We never heard about anything, and i think, after the payments my daughter has done to her dutch lawyer, and later couldn't pay anymore, the lawyer simply do nothing anymore, except asking per email if she (living in Thailand) would have a idea, where the father is living.....Interesting is also, that the family of the dutch father (now 24 years old) is pretty wealthy. I understand now the dutch law more then i have done before, and if i would have known the amazing hurdles of the dutch law makers in such cases, i would have better done it over german courts, because my daughter is german citizen as well. My daughter received also only per email every correspondence in this case, and her request that her former lawyer send her the origin documents was never answered or granted. (he never informed that he would step back from her case). Any kind of help or informations what to do, would be more then appreciated.

Forgot to mention, 15 Euro's per month starting and depends not at the real income, more likely what the father of a child meant to have to state....) is common standard granted by these "Trema Guidelines"...and even this amount is very often not paid! Great, isn't it? And that the LBIO goes behind unwilling to pay "fathers" is nothing else then a story tale...
