i will write it in english ,because, my Dutch its really bad, here is my question:
I bought a car "full of problems" ,that was sould to me as perfect and with full GARANTIE ,but ,this garantie is different from the normal ,at least to me ,and the seller didnt inform me of this difference.
The difference is ,i have pay in front for my car get fixed , and i did it ,after waiting 2 weeks with a rental car (payed by me) ,i received an email from the garantie saying that i can send the car to the garage to be fixed ,i did it ,i payed €4000 ,i`ve sent all the documents to the garantie ,as they asked me ,and its allready 3 1/2 weeks until today and i didnt receive nothing,they dont answer my emails ,the telephone goes dirct to the voicemail.
I dont Know what to do .

You bought a car and the seller gave you a "full warranty"? However you dont get the warranty you expected?

You say different from the one before. So you already had a contract with this seller?

It depends on the language of the so called warranty, however you could argue in any case that after the purchase you have at least a certain period in which you should have the right to have the car fixed without having to pay for it.

Without extra information, such as the agreed condition, the date of the purchase, the age of the car etc I cannot give you a specific legal opinion. However the seller seems to act illegitimate based on your post.
