Currently, my bank account got seized by Deurwaarderskantoor H.J.Jansen and now I left with 0 balances. My old apartment landlord is asking me to pay the rent for last 3 months where I vacated the house on April 2020 itself. The signed the contract in the last page where it mentioned about interim termination after 12 months applicable for tenant but she got initials from me in Dutch version later coming to my apartment in earlier days where interim termination clause got changed intentionally and she mentioned that there was no change compared to previous version.
Please let me know what to do for this issue. I'm helpless now and lost my money for the survival in Netherlands.

So the concept agreement gave you the idea there was a possibillty to pre terminate the contract before lasting 12months? Now the Landlord wants the last 3 months? Do you have proof in the form of the concept and the final agreement, legal notice sent to your Landord ending the contract ?
Then you could disagree ending the confiscation saying the Landlord has enriched himself by renting out again the appartement and asking rental price for the same period. Acoording to Dutch law this would reduce the invoice 0. Please contact if you want further information.
