In the latter case, the summons has not yet been issued and you only have to pay the extrajudicial costs, which are a maximum of €44.03 if the principal and interest are currently a maximum of €250. If the principal and interest are a maximum of €500, then a maximum of €89.25 may be charged in costs. If a summons has been served on you by a bailiff, then an additional €100 will be added. there was a bailiff who put the summons in the mailbox I was absent on this summons it states that I have to appear at the hearing on May 16. the costs of the summons are 240 principal sum. extrajudicial collection costs 44.03 statutory interest 3.35. costs of the writ are 76.17 plus gba 5.88 subtotal 82.05 vat 15.59 total 97.64. the invoice is therefore principal sum of the claim 291.60.00 euros authorized salary + summons costs 97.64 total 448.87. kind regards and thank you for your clear answers

Another tip (I hope you read it in time): always protest against the extrajudicial costs. There are subdistrict judges who include this amount in the general costs, but there are also those who split it up. You may then have to pay less.
