Am I entitled to at least one resit in such a case? The school cannot (yet) provide me with any protocols at the moment. The protocols of the other courses clearly state that every MBO student has the right to resit any subject, if necessary.\n\n\u003ch4\u003e Lawyer\u003c\/h4\u003e \nThe possibility of a resit must be specifically stated in the agreement that you have entered into with regard to the training. Indeed, you must also read the protocol (or the general terms and conditions) to check to what extent you are entitled to a resit.
