The collection agency knows this and then sent these messages to my old address again, so I only received them when the new resident decided to forward them.\n\n To what extent do I have to pay this, the increases are due to an address error in their system. I was never aware of an ecopass or a traffic-calmed zone.\n In short, paying this fine 3 years after the fact is quite objectionable to me given the circumstances.\n\n Do I have to pay this? If you can demonstrate that you have reported the change of address to the collection agency in a timely and correct manner, then the collection agency is liable for further correspondence in this matter.
