On behalf of many colleagues the following question: Can we do anything with this legally?\n\n\u003ch4\u003e Lawyer\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\n If the social plan literally states that you will receive a laptop if you use an outplacement agency, this must be complied with.\n \nIt is, however, a very special part of a social plan. I have never come across that money for outplacement may be used to buy a laptop.
