Now I have signed because he put me under pressure that he could not hold the floor but clearly agreed that I will not buy the floor if we do not like the color and wood structure  \nHe also said all that verbally, even when my husband was there. In the end, we were allowed to take a plank home with the story that the final color, only when it has been laid by my husband, the seller can really color the floor. We do not want to run the risk that it is not what we want afterwards, the seller is much too vague and talks very easily. We have informed another store that you just buy a floor in the color that you like. And it does not have to be colored afterwards.\n So we said we don't want the floor, he didn't have to order it anyway because it was a leftover stock.\n Can he force us to clean the floor anyway? You only have one opportunity to cancel the agreement, and that is the case in which it becomes clear that you do not like the colour of the floor, or if a different colour is delivered than the agreed colour.\n\n In addition, you may terminate the agreement if the seller, after having been summoned to fulfilment, fails to fulfil his obligations.
