Just before the conversation was to begin, the gentleman had abused me (hit me in the neck and stood on top of me)! I still suffer from that after 4 years!\n\n Every complaint is ignored and nothing is done as long as we don't want to talk to them! They have been lying to the landlord continuously!\n\n we talked to the landlord again in 2013 but we could not have a conversation with the troublemaker at that time because the lawsuit against the gentleman was still ongoing!
