I would not know which law and\/or article of law he is referring to. I therefore find this statement strange. It is very likely that the employer's policy is in conflict with the Dismissal Decree of the UWVWerkbedrijf.\n\n You are absolutely right to question the proposed dismissal. I would therefore not sign the settlement agreement.
