This is absolutely incorrect.\n\n Is it legally valid if this is still claimed from me, or have these hours expired?\n\n Yours sincerely,\n\n\u003ch4\u003e Lawyer\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\n A (wage) claim expires after 5 years. So there is no prescription.\n\n The question is whether the employer has a claim on you in this case. After all, minus hours in slack times is an employer's risk. The employer must pay the normal salary in such a case. The employer may therefore not withhold salary.\n \nIn case of bankruptcy of the employer, the UWV must take over the wages of the last 13 weeks and the notice period (max. 6 weeks). The UWV has nothing to do with minus hours from 3 years ago.\n\n I advise you to go to a social security specialist with the decision of the UWV (often the first consultation is free). Please note the objection period of 6 weeks.
