Residential is not included in the current zoning plan.\n 2. The ship is located in the noise zone of an industrial estate.\n 3. A good living and residential environment cannot be guaranteed.\n 4. Houseboats do not fit into the plans for this sub-area.\n 5. There is no suitable place for houseboats to be designated.\n 6. The houseboats can limit the development space.\n\n Can the municipality use these arguments to ensure that I have to leave my houseboat in the long term?\n\n\u003ch4\u003e Lawyer\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\n According to a new law, new moorings may not be situated in noise-sensitive areas because houseboats with a new mooring are considered noise-sensitive objects. Old moorings should be included in the zoning plan, but designating another location or buying it out is also an option, provided that it is spatially well-motivated.
