Reported several times that there is constant leakage and blockages of water pipes. Several times the water came up and flowed down (which I had to catch with buckets). There is hardly any response and to this day it has not been resolved. Recently it got to the point that my house was flooded, that of the downstairs neighbors as well. I came home and was told by the landlord that the reason for the water damage would be my shower that I had left on (???) Never heard anything so absurd and of course I immediately denied it. Now I am being held liable by the downstairs neighbors, I have received an invoice from the damage company from my landlord (so I have to pay). On that invoice it states that the reason for the job was; leaking water pipes. Later the landlord changed this to 'resident left shower on'. I have enough proof of all the leaks and flooding in my house (videos \/ photos) this has been going on for months. I am being wrongly accused and have of course already informed the landlord of this in writing. \n\n\u003ch4\u003eLawyer\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\n The landlord must take responsibility for the leak if this defect is attributable to him or if he knew or should have known about this defect when entering into the agreement.
