Please note that the objection period lasts until 6 weeks after the announcement of the granting of the permit; so keep an eye on the municipal permit publications.\n\n If there is no objection to a possible permit, then building may still be unlawful under certain circumstances, but then you must be able to specifically argue that the disadvantage you will experience is such that the court considers it to be in conflict with what is socially acceptable.
