However, it is not clearly stated where it is and how dangerous it is, because we discovered that there are plates under the stairs that are made of unbonded asbestos plates. These are sensitive to contact and a number of them are damaged. We did not know that these plates contained asbestos. It seems that they discovered this recently, because now there is a major operation in our street in which asbestos is being removed from all houses that have not yet been sold.\n Now we would like to know if there are possibilities with regard to . . ., so that the plates can also be removed from us. We think it is not right that this was not reported to us, so that we would know what was going on. I had to call them myself, to ask what was going on.\n I hope I have informed you sufficiently about the situation.\n\n\u003ch4\u003e Lawyer\u003c\/h4\u003e \nIf you can demonstrate that the seller was already aware of the nature and location of the asbestos in your home at the time of the sale, then there is much to be said for the seller having breached his duty to disclose and that you can in principle claim the loss you suffer as a result from the seller. This is all the more so because I understand from you that the nature of the asbestos and the place where the asbestos was used in no way excludes the possibility that there is a direct need (health risk) to remove the asbestos sheets.
