If this is not the case, no collective labor agreement applies to you.\n\n If a collective labor agreement applies to you, the employer may not deviate from it unless this is expressly stated in the collective labor agreement.\n \nPension provision -\u0026gt; this must be arranged in your employment contract or collective labor agreement. If not, then no pension scheme applies to you.
