And I had no major objections to this, I then signed a zero-hour contract until January 31, if I am not mistaken. Then I had asked when my overtime and vacation days would be paid from my previous (verbal) contract, he had said that he would pay them at the end of my new contract.\n\n To date he has not done this, I should still be paid my overtime and vacation days\n\n It is now April 11th and I had sent him a few emails and went by 2 weeks ago when he was there. And he basically said the same thing every time: I forgot I will work on it\n\n So far I have not received anything and I strongly suspect that if I do nothing I will not receive anything, but I am starting to find this very annoying.\n \nMy question to you is how can I best approach this? I would like to add that I am insured for legal assistance precisely because I suspected that I would need it with this good man.\n\n 1 person told me to write a letter that is registered\n\n But I would like your advice before I do stupid things\n\n\u003ch4\u003e Lawyer\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\n In my opinion, this can only be solved by someone who stands firmly on his own two feet.\n\n This is because no written agreement has been entered into.\n\n If you want to play it the official way, I advise you to hire a lawyer.
