Advice for Caregivers: Changing Legislation

Hello I would like to know how and to whom I should approach the fact that a change needs to be made in these times of informal caregivers. It concerns when you live in a rented house with your father or mother and if she were to die you would simply have to move out... It is such a bizarre rule... I would really like to see this change throughout the Netherlands. How can I best approach this. I hope you can help me with this.

You could write to the Minister of Health, because new legislation will then have to be proposed.
