Hello, I have a question. At work we discovered that we were paid too little. Our pay slip stated a completely different amount than in the collective labor agreement. Now they have corrected the salary of 2016. But from 2014 our salary is also incorrect. I have submitted it to them but get the answer. That they cannot correct it because the year is closed. Your collective labor agreement contains minimum provisions. I advise you to send a petition to your employer, making it clear that you are entitled to the outstanding wages.
