Legal Advice Employment Agency and Collective Labor Agreement

Questioner

Dear, At the moment I have a phase C agreement with the employment agency. Due to a reorganization my assignment will expire. As of 1-9-16 I will end up in the so-called empty run (90% of salary) My question: according to my UZB the arrow date for my salary is set at 31-12-15. My problem is that my assessment increase will only be added to my salary on 1-4-16 (client policy). This means that the UZB calculation is based on my salary from 1.4 years ago and this does not seem correct to me. Grass reaction. With kind regards.

I looked up the NBBU collective labor agreement. There is no basis on which the assessment increase is determined. Unfortunately, this means that your employer may use your original salary as a basis.

Questioner

This means that one does not take the last earned salary (last 13 weeks or something) as a starting point, but can take any arbitrary end date, in this case 31-12-15.
