Legal Questions about Employment and Contracts
Questioner
I started as an on-call driver at a forwarding company when I was 62. I only get paid for the hours I work according to the collective labor agreement and including professional pay. My employment contract expired on the day I turned 65. I am now 71 and still working for that company as an on-call driver but have not had an employment contract for 6 years. Is this mandatory or do they have to hire me on a permanent basis after so many years.Lawyer
With a contract it is clear to you until when you have a job guarantee. I recommend that you draw up a contract in consultation with your employer. Your employer is not obliged to offer you a permanent contract. I have experience in working with employment contracts and petitions.Neem de volgende stap
