Parenting Plan and Legal Validity

I have a question about a parenting plan. I have a parenting plan with my ex-partner. It was drawn up by a lawyer at the time, but now I am told everywhere that this parenting plan is not legally valid. Is this correct? And what is the best way to make it legally valid?

The parenting plan records the agreements that you have made with each other. This can then be deviated from in consultation with each other. If problems now arise regarding the implementation of the parenting plan, it may be possible to start legal proceedings in order to request a change to the previous order (court ruling) in which the content of the parenting plan has been adopted as repeated and inserted, or to obtain a record of certain agreements made or to be made in legal proceedings.
