Sponsorship and legal rights: What to do?

if a company makes a verbal commitment to sponsorship, this is all still in an app. then this company just has to pay? or can they just withdraw it without reason?? it is a one-time sponsorship for a sports team to play a tournament abroad. A sponsorship agreement does not have to be agreed in writing, so if sufficient evidence of the existence of an agreement can be provided, the parties can hold each other to the agreements made. If the apps can be used to determine the content of the agreement and the parties have reached agreement on that content, then the existence of the agreement could be established on this basis. You write that a verbal commitment to sponsorship has been made and that this is in an app. Based on this alone, I think you will not make it; for the time being, this seems more like an offer to reach an agreement than a contract binding on both parties.
