Hello, I have a subscription with Ziggo using a Horizonbox receiver. The first box had problems with heat. Two technicians but remained extremely warm. Then it was Horizonbox2 was sent. (Very unusual I understand now) This does not want to activate in the Ziggo network and therefore does not work. Called several times, each time a different story, he works in three days, after a week, after 24 hours etc. A compensation amount was agreed and now they send 2 other digital boxes in extreme emergency. After 5 weeks my patience is up, I want to watch tv in the way that is in my contract, with the horizon box. Not a compensation or other decoders! What are my rights in this? I am fed up and want to cancel! Is this possible?
