Questioner

My boyfriend and I are going to split up, now he has had 2 documents drawn up by a notary. I would like to mention that the notary is a friend of my ex's grandfather. Namely a separation agreement and a parenting plan. I do not agree with a number of points and I do not know how the law regulates a number of points. alimony, he came up with an amount himself, namely 150 euros per month per child and says that the notary calculated it and came to half, so that he is reasonable. This by the way in 1 day which seems very unlikely to me since he has a sole proprietorship and as far as I know you need a lot of paperwork to calculate all this. In addition, the divorce agreement states that I waive partner alimony but I have no idea what consequences this could have for me. We also have a cohabitation contract and a house purchase if this is necessary information. We just bought the house and the mortgage has been paid twice, so in principle the intention is that he tries to get the house in his name and does not have to buy me out since almost nothing has been paid on the mortgage yet. I would like to hire a lawyer to sort this all out and who can give me advice, so not so much that I instruct the lawyer to arrange it but that he can sort things out and advise me on what is wisest. I do not want to turn it into a contested 'divorce'. But am I entitled to a lawyer of inability? And how do I arrange this? Because paying a lawyer myself is not an option. Thank you very much for your time, I look forward to your response.
