01. Deal May 11: dance workshop 90 minutes to 120 minutes for 11 people + 1 drink/p/p + room rental = €200 02. Appointment goes wrong, workshop starts late due to force majeure teacher - while waiting group 1 may consume drinks/p/p, agreed by telephone. 03. Shortened workshop is carried out - group is satisfied - but reported before the workshop that they would absolutely not pay the agreed €200, teacher shows understanding and suggests negotiating afterwards. 04 After workshop and group satisfaction, teacher makes proposal: pay €100 instead of €200. After consultation, group pays €100 - there will be a demonstration by the teaching team. There will be a cheerful farewell. The teaching team pays the hall rental + 1 drinks voucher from the group. 05. June 14 teacher receives email from group - The group demands another €25 from teacher for drinks consumed. 06. Teacher is surprised and disagrees with the bill for 2 reasons: a.group agreed to new deal, it confirms that by acting as such b. Reasonable period to retract deal has passed. The teacher has made a very reasonable counter offer and has repaired the 'damage'. A reasonable period to return to the agreement must be done by means of a written appointment and this may have expired.
