Legal advice for residential groups

Questioner

The question is this: I live in a residential group and the residents are members of our residents' association. Now 2 residents have left. We have 2 common rooms where the members have their activities. Are the residents who have left still allowed to use the common areas, or can the association prohibit this?

Lawyer

The intended word 'common space' says that this space is accessible to everyone. What you can do is hang a sign with the text 'prohibited for unauthorized persons', art. 461 Criminal Code. If you want further advice, you can contact me directly.
