Legal Advice on Burnout and Reintegration

Hello, I am working according to a reintegration program because I am recovering from a burnout. My employer has already indicated several times that the program is going too slowly. I experience this as increasing stress and it does not benefit my recovery. I should be back to work full-time from this week, but I do not feel recovered enough for that yet. We have not reached an agreement about the sick leave and an appointment will be scheduled at the occupational health and safety department in the short term. I am allowed to take leave hours myself. In the meantime, I have already notified the occupational health and safety doctor I had to deal with. What can I do?
