Legal assistance with collective labor agreements and sleeping services

Questioner

Hello, I work in disabled care where I do night shifts. I am scheduled for 12 consecutive days. Three days are considered 'free' because I finish work at 7 in the morning and the night shift is over. The next day I work a normal day shift again. Is this allowed according to the collective labor agreement? And does the day after a night shift count as a day off since I finish at 7 am? Yours sincerely,

Lawyer

If you work less than 3 hours per night shift -> half of the time must be compensated in free time. If you work more than 3 hours per night shift -> the full time must be compensated. As far as I can see, the employer's policy is not allowed. For further questions/problems, I advise you to contact a specialized employment law attorney, e.g. me.
