Assistance with Rental Contract and Address Problems

Good afternoon, I was evicted from my home by the housing association in March 2007. Acquaintances have given me shelter (1 room) until today. They have even taken care of me all the time (meals at Employer KLM 3 times a day) We have never entered into a written contract it was just a verbal agreement. Since August 2012 I have been receiving AOW and now the SVB is asking for a rental contract, but I cannot provide one. They have already cut my benefits. They think I am living with someone, but that is not true. I am abroad more than I am here in the Netherlands. I can prove it with my passport. My question now is what can I do?

I can't have a rental agreement drawn up because the people don't want it, they gave me shelter for Christian reasons. So I am forced by the SVB to move. Because I am a pensioner I travel a lot, more abroad than I use the room. What can I do?
