Legal advice for on-call healthcare contracts
Questioner
I have an on-call contract in healthcare at a non-AWBZ certified project. CAO VVT is followed. 2 hours per week on contract Now it is so that up until now I have worked an average of 20 hours per week for one month and an average of 31 hours per week for one month. I just don't get paid for all those hours the following month. These are paid for in a month that I work fewer hours. Is this allowed??Lawyer
If you work more than your contract duration over the last three months, you are entitled to a contract for that number of hours. Since nothing has been stated about this in terms of collective labor agreement rules, there is no prohibition on offsetting minus hours. I advise you to submit a request to your employer with reasons. I've worked with that before.Neem de volgende stap
