Legal questions about employment contracts
Questioner
I have a question. My employer wants to offer a 3 month contract in another store. Just ask if they offer me a new contract for 3 months or 6 months (for example) and again in another store and further away from home I MUST accept this. Am I then obliged to accept this? Or can I refuse and will I then receive benefits?Lawyer
You may refuse this but the employer is also obliged to reimburse the travel expenses. If the working distance is reasonable, and you refuse for an unclear reason, it can have consequences for your benefits and be seen as a refusal to work.Neem de volgende stap
