Legal Advice on Employment Agency and Benefits
Questioner
Dear legal aid office, I work for a specific client through an employment agency. Now the employment agency wants to know from everyone who works for this client which benefits they have had in the past. I do not like this and wondered if I am obliged to report this. Thank you very much in advance!Lawyer
You do not have to report this. There is no legal obligation to do so. Another thing is that if you refuse, the employment agency may not send you out again in the future.Lawyer
The maximum you need to report is what is relevant to your work. Your benefits are not. Therefore, the employment agency cannot rely on making them public.Neem de volgende stap
