Alimony and address: what you need to know

I am divorced and receive alimony from my ex-husband. I also have 2 children aged 20 and 24. Should I tell my ex what my current residential address is? He says yes because we have 2 children and he pays me alimony. Is what my ex tells me correct?

The maintenance obligation does not oblige you to provide address details. You both must consult about the interests of the children. If you do not appreciate the provision of an address, because of possible unpleasantness that may result from it, then this is up to you and not to the father's demand.
