Right to flexible hours: What can you do?
Questioner
I have had a temporary contract with my employer 3 times for at least 8 hours per week. (consecutive period with the same function) I have worked more hours every week and have also been paid properly for them. I am now working on my third contract and have been told that there will be no permanent employment contract on the end date of 01.12.2016 and that I must look for other work. My question: Do I have the right to still take or have paid out the flexi-hours I have accrued over all three periods? How can I calculate these extra hours, ??? I work as a childcare worker and have never taken any extra hours. Yours sincerely.Lawyer
If your flexitime is vacation time, you are entitled to four times the working hours per week. If you have been working for more than 24 months, you are now eligible for a permanent contract. If you currently work more than those 8 hours, you are entitled to have those working hours recorded. Because these are your spare hours, you keep them. I have worked for employees before.Neem de volgende stap
