I filed a complaint with the official hostess on vacation about an incorrect room. I received the form on her initiative. I wrote at the bottom of the letter: ps a complaint about the accommodation is filed in the Netherlands. So I did report it to her and also all the following days I had contact with her about the complaints that kept coming. She accepted the complaint and signed and forwarded it. Now the tour operator says that I did not file a complaint. For me the PS with explanation, acceptance and signature is enough. Furthermore, she has not indicated in any way that she will file a separate complaint about the accommodation. Question: Is the PS on the form sufficient?Lawyer
That is nonsense from a legal point of view, but I believe that the complaint was at least submitted on time, so you should adhere to that date and state in an additional letter that you will further motivate the complaint that you submitted on dd. pro forma.Neem de volgende stap
