Solving rental problems: Bad internet at landlord's?
Questioner
I rent a room including costs. The contract states that the costs are included in the final price. These costs also include the internet. The internet is very bad and often drops out because the landlord, a commercial company below my room, has made the internet public. In fact, I pay for the company's public internet. Is there anything I can do about this? Can I deduct this from my rent or do they have to make it private? thank you in advance.Lawyer
The service offered to you for which you pay part of the rent must meet the minimum requirements, in this case that you can use the internet normally, otherwise there is a defect in the rented property. You must then give the landlord time to remedy the defect, after which you propose to reduce the price.Neem de volgende stap
