Unsolicited shipment? Get free advice!

A few weeks ago I received a call from an agency. He tried to sell me information etc. which I flatly rejected. The agency knew my address, telephone number and also my bank account number. I found that very strange. The agency would just as well provide the information and such send and which I could cancel within 7 days. I said I didn't need to receive anything. Now 69 euros have been withdrawn from my bank account and I have not received anything, so of course I cannot cancel anything. When I send an email I end up on the website of a debt collection agency. I had the bank reverse the amount and block the so-called authorization. Do you know how I should proceed and what I can expect?Lawyer
If a company sends you a product without asking for it, for which you have to pay, this is also called an unsolicited shipment. According to the law, this is prohibited. Did you not ask for the product? Or did you not give permission to the company to send the product? For example, by telephone or by sending a receipt? Then you are not obliged to pay for the product. If the company wants you to pay, then the company must prove that you gave permission. You can keep the product if you want. If you want to return it, the company must pay the costs.
