Legal Advice on Purchasing Problems
Questioner
In June 2016 my mother bought a ring for my diploma. This ring was a 'model ring' (€130) and the goldsmith promised that this ring, in consultation with me, could be made larger or smaller, the color could be adjusted, and stones could be added. Today (September 17) we went to the goldsmith and were told that he could not do with the ring what we were initially promised, because he has problems with the tax authorities. Now we are stuck with a ring worth €130 that we can do nothing with. Is there a possibility that we can get our money back?Lawyer
Now that the goldsmith cannot fulfill what was agreed, you can break the agreement, now that it appears that the non-fulfillment is permanent. In this way, you can reclaim the amount. For further information or legal assistance, you may, if desired, contact me directly.Neem de volgende stap
