Contract options in healthcare

Questioner

Last year I had a work-study contract in healthcare for 27 hours, of which 24 hours were work and 3 hours were study compensation. Now I have been offered a permanent work contract of 24 hours. No larger contract is given. Do I have to agree to this, or can I demand a contract of 27 hours.

Lawyer

If you have worked more than 24 hours in the past 3 months, you can appeal to a contract with that scope of work. I recommend that you submit a request to your employer.
