Legal Advice Employment Agency and Contract Phase B

I worked through an employment agency and had a phase B contract. I left in August because I had found a better job. Could have gotten another contract twice. But now my old manager asks me to come back. Now I want to, but I have to go through an employment agency again. Is this possible? Will you be in phase B again? OR you start again in phase A. I've been away for about 5 weeks now. I would like to hear from you if this is possible because when I ask people everyone says something different.
