Legal Advice on Work Problems - Legal Advice Centre

Questioner

The problem is that I am working in a month 26 days, aprox 9 - 10.30 hours /day and on my salary specification is written 21 -23 days of work and only 114 hours. I am registered on the town hall papers at his home and I am staying in other place. My employer said that he wont charge me for the rent (he does charge for rent) but he has to write the.....amount of money on my contract to have backup. My contract ends in December, IF I want to quit earlier do I have to tell him with 3 or more days before I go or can I quit my job today and he is obliged to pay me today for example. Thank you for the future response.

Normally, you can claim the hours you work. I advise you to draw a contract for the rent. Depending on your contract, you can cancel immediately or in one month notice. Seems to me you should do some rearrangements.
