Request free legal advice on employment law

Questioner

Due to the request for an expert opinion, the employer has imposed a wage suspension on me. The UWV's judgment is that I am not suitable for work with my own employer. I am suitable for work with another employer. The UWV has ruled in my favor. However, my employer refuses to lift the wage suspension and indicates that he will request an expert opinion himself. Can and may this be done? I am looking for an employment law attorney. Are there also employment law attorneys who work on a no cure no pay basis?

The employer must undo the suspension and continue to pay the wages. If he does not do so, you can claim this. possibly with the statutory increase (max. 50%) and the statutory interest. Expert employment lawyers are members of a specialist association, like me. A lawyer may not work on a 'no cure, no pat' basis. The Dutch Bar Association prohibits this. If your income/assets are too low, you can claim legal aid. |A 'fixed price' is also possible. Finally, in many offices the first consultation (max. half an hour) is free of charge
