Right to IOAW for older employees

I have unemployment benefits, my unemployment benefits end, I am an older employee so normally I am entitled to old age benefits because I became unemployed after the age of 50 so after my ww i get ioaw but that is my important question, it is always asked that wealth does not count I don't have any savings but I do have an investment property, so to speak, from which I receive money and I have 4 rooms for rent. it is clear that the same assets do not count for the ioaw test, the property represents a value, an asset, for example of the same, for example of 150,000 savings or investment property of 150,000, it is an asset, a small amount of interest or a small amount of income from a room, an investment property no assets test ioaw renting out rooms from property that is not an existing residential address am i entitled to ioaw please give me a concrete correct answer to this thank you

Assets do not count, but income from assets and rental do count for determining the right to IOAW. If your income from renting out rooms is higher than the IOAW basis, you are not entitled to an IOAW benefit.
