We ordered a pane of glass from a company, it was delivered with a scratch, it was supposed to be polished and in the end it wasn't, it was too expensive, only a new pane of glass would be delivered, all additional costs, placing glazing strips and painting were at our expense. Objected to this, no response. now the bill has been handed over what are our rights and obligations?
