can you tell me if the verdict of the subdistrict court can still be contested after 4 years? it concerns a collection case in which I have been sentenced to pay but the plaintiff lied about certain things about the fact that I still have money from them. I then put those documents in their mailbox but they told the subdistrict court that they do not have a mailbox. because i have been in a bad time i have let everything take its course. but i feel combative again and know that i have to pay but still want to see if there is still a possibility to get my rights in part. thanks for your time and effort, kind regards, ETLawyer
Unfortunately, it is not possible to contest a judgment from four years ago. An appeal against a judgment must be filed within three months from the date of the judgment. In addition, the claim on which the subdistrict court judge has decided must amount to €1750 or more.Neem de volgende stap
