Employer-Employee Agreements and Collective Labor Agreement Explanation
Questioner
Are agreements between employee and employer, by signing a letter in which the employer declares certain things, leading if these agreements deviate from what the collective labor agreement states? I have agreed to the full reimbursement of study costs if I leave my current employer of my own accord within x period after completing my studies. However, the collective labor agreement that applies to me stipulates a pro rata reimbursement of study costs if I leave my current employer of my own accord within x period. Which one is leading? I look forward to your reply. Thanks in advance!Lawyer
It depends on whether the collective labor agreement is a minimum collective labor agreement or a standard collective labor agreement. In the first case, it may be deviated from. In the second case, it may not.Neem de volgende stap
